Where Can I Find Support for WinGate?


Deerfield.com are the publishers and the primary point of contact for WinGate.  However, if you purchased WinGate from an authorized Deerfield reseller then you should contact the reseller for personal support (click here to search for authorized resellers).

Qbik New Zealand Limited are the developers of WinGate.  They provide unofficial support for WinGate by monitoring the WinGate user list.

  • Join the WinGate User List.  This informal list has a membership of about 500 experienced WinGate users.  It is intended for uses-to-user support but is also unofficially monitored by the developers at Qbik.

  • Email an Idea or Suggestion.  Though we can't promise we will address every suggestion, we do welcome your feedback to help us make WinGate a better product.

  • Email a bug report  If you are absolutely sure you have found a bug in WinGate (shock-horror!), then mail us a complete description of where and when it occurs and on what system configuration.  It is a good idea to confirm your hunch on the wingate-users list before mailing us directly.
